Back on October 18th, 2008, Luanga 'Lue' Nuwame -
aka: You Tube's Homemade Game Guru - unveiled
his attempt for the world's largest board game.
Although he made the entire 775 square foot game
single-handedly and achieved a confirmed record
from the World Records Academy in California, he
didn't achieve a Guinness record.

Now in 2011, Lue's appetite to make another world
record attempt has hit a critical point! The enjoyment
of planning and building the 2008 attempt has pushed
Lue towards designing a new attempt that will be far
larger (the final size is confidential) and in three
dimensions - verses just a flat game. And like the first
attempt, he will again make the structure alone.

We are asking the You Tube and world community at
large to help finance the construction of this mammoth
board game. The goal is to raise $5000 to cover the
costs needed to complete this estimated three - four
month project.

In exchange for your donation, donators will receive
the following based on the amount donated:

Terms and Conditions of Donations:

1) Donations will be accepted until November 11th, 2011. There is no limit to the amount of times an individual can donate and donations will
be accepted until the November cut off date regardless if the required $5000 total is surpassed.
2) Donations are not considered 'investments' nor can they be written off for tax purposes. Luanga Nuwame / Homemade Game Guru / Azikwe
Ltd. are not considered 'not-for-profit' and thus cannot provide charitable tax receipts. Donators cannot claim ownership or any form of control
or financial stake in the development, presentation or sale of the finished game.
3) Gifts provided to donors for their contributions are as follows:
a) $20 donation: 1 free Defuncal car decal, of the donor's choosing, shipped free of charge; Donor name, as provided by the donor, place on
the perimeter of the finished large-scale game board; Donor name and/or You Tube channel name and link placed in a Homemade Game
Guru thank you video to be posted on December 1st, 2011.
b) $50 donation: Includes everything listed in the above $20 donation list, plus a signed and numbered miniature table-top edition of the
finished game board design. The miniature edition will be limited only to the number of $50 and $100+ donators. Miniature to be mailed free of
charge on April 1st, 2012.
c) $100 or more (via Rocket Hub) donation: Includes everything listed in the above $20 and $50 donation lists, plus a handmade cardboard
sword made by the Homemade Game Guru exclusively for this donation category. 1 free copy of Azikwe Ltd. trading card sets: The 30 Most
Evil People of all Time, The 30 Greatest People of all Time and Deity to be mailed free of charge on December 10th 2011.
4) Luanga Nuwame / Homemade Game Guru / Azikwe Ltd. indemnifies, holds harmless and exempts all donors from and against any claim,
cause of action or demand, lawsuit or prosecution brought against Luanga Nuwame / Homemade Game Guru / Azikwe Ltd. as a result of the
design or use of the final game by a third party. All donors have zero responsibility or legal connection to this board game record attempt.
5) All donations are non-refundable. Once provided, donations will not be returned.
6) All donors give Luanga Nuwame / Homemade Game Guru / Azikwe Ltd. permission to place donor's provided name on the finished game
board, this website and to mention the donor's name in a promotional Homemade Game Guru You Tube video meant to show appreciation for
all donors. Use of donor names limited to use on game board, this website and You Tube video. Donor names and any accumulated personal
information will not be used for any other purposes and will not be shared with any person, business, organization or entity outside of Luanga
Nuwame / Homemade Game Guru / Azikwe Ltd.
7) Terms and conditions of donations are subject to change at anytime. Any change in these terms will be emailed to all applicable donators.
